My journey took me through logistics, quality, HR, production projects, and eventually to my current role as Head of the Health, Safety, and Environment Department. Summer Internship

Summer Internship

The Summer Internship Program is carried out in cooperation with Cracow University of Technology. It is a great opportunity for students to gain practical experience in an international company. Students can complete 160 hours of paid internships at our factory based on a summer internship agreement. It is not only a chance to acquire professional skills but also to learn about modern technologies and work in a production plant. The Summer Internship Program always aligns with the framework internship program. As a company, we offer the possibility of internships from June to September.

Development Tools

We provide a wide range of tools to support employee competence development. Using the 70-20-10 model, which emphasizes the importance of practical experience and social interaction in the learning process, we offer various forms of education such as training sessions, workshops, webinars, mentoring, coaching, e-learning, subsidies for studies and language learning, 270-degree feedback, job rotation, job shadowing, participation in conferences, and benchmarking visits. These tools contribute directly to both employee growth and the achievement of company goals.

Since 2024, our Leader Academy program has been developing key leadership skills for deputy production managers. The program includes three main elements: participation in regular workshops, applying specific skills in practice, and receiving supervisor feedback on skill development.
